  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery or purchase.

3. Condition of Returned Products

    • Free of wear, damage, or tampering.

  • Any item failing these conditions will be denied.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used products

  • Personal care, hygiene, or food items

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

  • Gift cards & digital products

5. Online Orders – Additional Conditions

  • Customers must contact support@dollarsuniverse.com within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Resolution

  • Approved returns will be issued as:

    • A replacement of the same product, or

    • A store credit (valid for future purchases).

  • No cash or credit card refunds.

7. Management Rights
