5. Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, Dollars Universe LLC ships to addresses within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless otherwise stated.

  • Oversized or restricted items may require special arrangements.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Dollars Universe LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, Dollars Universe LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with a claim.
